Texana Center is a nonprofit organization that offers a wide array of services that help to change the lives of many by providing care, skills training and support for all kinds of behavioral challenges; including mental illness, intellectual disabilities and autism. Headquartered in Rosenberg, Texana serves in upwards of 15,000 clients each year at their many locations across six counties. Our goal is to unlock our clients potential and give them the skills needed to live independent and productive lives within our local communities.
