Corinthia Williams is a highly accomplished healthcare leader with over a decade of nursing and business management experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration (MBA-HA) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and is a licensed Registered Nurse.

Her career began in high-acuity settings, serving as an Emergency Room and Trauma Nurse for nine years, where she developed expertise in critical care, rapid decision-making, and patient advocacy. She also gained valuable experience in long-term care over 1.5 years, deepening her understanding of holistic, sustained patient support.

Driven by her passion for compassionate, quality care, Corinthia transitioned from the bedside to business ownership, founding Seraphic Hearts, a skilled and non-skilled home health care and staffing agency. Under her leadership, Seraphic Hearts is committed to empowering clients to live independently, while delivering exceptional, client-centered care and professional staffing solutions.

A proud mother of four, Corinthia balances her entrepreneurial pursuits with family life, embodying resilience, dedication, and service—both to her loved ones and her community. Her mission is to combine clinical excellence with compassionate leadership, ensuring that every client and staff member receives the highest standard of support.
