Established in 1995, the Rosenberg Development Corporation (RDC) is a Type B development corporation funded by a 1/2 cent sales tax within the city of Rosenberg. The RDC is focused on delivering sustainable commercial growth and primary jobs to the community as well as quality of life improvements and revitalization projects.
