Richmond State Supported Living Center (formerly Richmond State School) is a 24 hour intermediate care facility serving men and women living with intellectual and/or development disabilities. The Volunteer Services Council is the 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to obtaining goods and services, not available through state funding for the individuals residing at RSSLC.
