M.O.R.E. Possibilities is a Fort Bend County-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) while supporting the families who walk alongside them. We believe every person deserves to belong, build genuine relationships, contribute to their community, and be valued for who they are.

Through our weekly STRIVE program, community outings, social events, caregiver initiatives, and meaningful community partnerships, we create opportunities that foster connection, confidence, independence, and lasting friendships. Every program is provided at no cost to the families we serve, ensuring financial barriers never prevent someone from experiencing belonging and community.

At M.O.R.E., we know inclusion doesn't happen by chance, it happens through relationships. That's why we work alongside local businesses, nonprofits, volunteers, and community leaders to create opportunities where adults with IDD and their families are not only included, but welcomed, connected, and empowered to thrive. Together, we are building a more inclusive Fort Bend County for everyone.
