The Purpose of this Organization shall be to support Historic Richmond's Businesses and the Community through Historic Preservation, Community Improvement and the Promotion of the City of Richmond, Fort Bend County, Texas. Any Business, Individual, Association, Corporation, Partnership or Estate having an interest in participating in the Improvement, Preservation, and Promotion furthering the purposes of the Association shall be eligible to apply for membership.
