General Description

This position is a temporary grant funded position.

The TRIO SSS Clerk provides administrative and secretarial support for the TRIO Student Support Services Office.

Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of full time work experience. This position requires excellent clerical and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written, oral communication, telephone skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a team. This position requires the capacity to work well within stressful situations, the ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks with frequent interruptions, strong organizational skills, an initiative towards completion of assignments, and excellent follow through skills on all assignments and projects. A criminal background check is also required.
