General Description
The Manager of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for coordinating all accreditation, assessment, and institutional effectiveness processes and projects under the direction of the Office of the President and Chief of Staff. In addition, the Manager of Institutional Effectiveness serves to monitor progress toward the completion of strategic priorities, as outlined in the WCJC Strategic Plan.
Requirements
This position requires an Associate's degree in Business Office Technology or four years of full-time related work experience in education. A minimum of two years of experience facilitating projects related to assessment and/or accreditation are required. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Banner student information system is required. Experience answering telephones, communicating effectively with a diverse population, and the ability to provide clear instructions is required. Administrative support experience for an executive officer in and educational or business setting is preferred. A criminal background check is required.
