Her Well Center is growing—and we're looking for a compassionate, driven Bilingual Crisis Case Manager to join our team!

In this pivotal role, you'll walk alongside survivors of sexual trauma and intimate partner violence, offering critical support in both English and Spanish. You'll help connect women to resources, provide trauma-informed crisis response, and ensure every woman we serve feels seen, safe, and supported on her healing journey.

🔹 You are:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology 
• Trauma-informed, empathetic, and highly organized
• Experienced in crisis intervention and case management
• Passionate about empowering survivors to reclaim their stories
