TOPIC: Defining Success and Setting Goals 

As businesses operate and grow in an ever-changing environment, business leaders must be more dynamic in their approaches to keeping their organizations on track. How these leaders define success and set specific goals to achieve that success are a big part of these approaches. Participants will discuss ways to first define success for their organizations, then walk down the path of turning their visions of success into specific goals with input from other participants and senior leadership with Emergent Partners.
