We’re kicking off Empty Bowls 2026 “Bowl Painting Season” at Talyard Brewing Co. on Thursday, October 9, from 5–8 PM! Your ticket includes one bowl (hand-painted by you and later sold at our Empty Bowls silent auction in June 2026), a drink ticket, and light bites. It’s a fun, creative evening with friends that also gives back—your registration supports our mission to feed neighbors in need. For those new to Empty Bowls, this annual fundraiser brings together local artists, restaurants, and community members to raise vital funds for East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry’s food and financial assistance programs. At the June event, guests can purchase from hundreds of painted bowls—a symbolic reminder that too many families in our community still face empty bowls at their tables.
