About our Speakers:

J Franco

J Franco is an award-winning marketing strategist, speaker, and founder of FIMM Agency, a content marketing and social media management firm supporting high-level, service-business owners. J was honored as the 2026 American Business Woman of the Year by the American Business Women’s and currently serves as the 2025–2026 President of the CyFair Express Network. Her academic credentials include a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California Annenberg School, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing.

Known for her direct, grounded approach, J helps women turn lived experience into visibility, authority, and long-term opportunity.

Ashley Baxter

Ashley Baxter is a leadership strategist, executive, licensed and ordained minister, and Founder of Mission Forward Consulting and the Mission Forward Network—a national leadership collective and coaching team serving mission-driven organizations. With more than two decades of experience spanning nonprofit transformation and healthcare innovation, she currently serves as Vice President at Connect America, where she oversees a $300M portfolio and drives national growth strategy. 

Through her keynote speaking and the Your Mission Forward Podcast, Ashley equips high-capacity women to lead with clarity, conviction, and wholeness.
