Describe your business, including history and the services you provide.

Pareto Growth LLC is my EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementation and leadership team coaching practice. Since 2016, I’ve helped business owners and leadership teams gain clarity, build accountability, and drive consistent execution using the proven EOS framework. I work with growth minded companies to strengthen Vision, Traction, and team health so they can scale with less chaos and more control.

What makes your business/organization stand out?

I bring a rare blend of real-world executive leadership experience and EOS implementation expertise. Clients value a practical, structured approach that moves quickly from “talking about it” to actually getting it done creating lasting habits and a stronger operating rhythm.

What inspires your work and what sets you apart?

I’m inspired by helping leadership teams get aligned, regain control of their business, and build a healthier way to run and grow. My facilitation style is direct, encouraging, and highly organized, creating a space where teams solve real issues, make clear decisions, and leave every session with next steps everyone owns.

What advice would you offer to someone looking for the type of services your business provides?

Choose an advisor who will tell you the truth, guide your team to solve root issues (not symptoms), and help you build a consistent execution system. The right fit is someone who can earn your team’s trust while also holding the group accountable to the process and the commitments you make.

How has your business changed in the last 12 months and what do you see for the future?

Over the last year, Pareto Growth has expanded its reach through more workshops and broader client engagement, serving teams locally in the Houston/Fort Bend area as well as internationally, including Jamaica and the Caribbean. Looking ahead, I see continued opportunity to help leadership teams implement a simpler, stronger operating system as they grow and scale.

What’s an interesting fact about your business that most people don’t know?



While I’m based in the Sugar Land/Houston area, I also support leadership teams outside Texas, including some international clients in the Caribbean.
