I have completely answered each of the application questions and to the best of my knowledge the answers to the foregoing questions are true and correct. I understand that attendance of all two-day sessions is mandatory and attendance at all one-day sessions is expected. I understand that the program will be delivered in six full-day (8 hours+) sessions and three two-day out-of-town sessions from September through May. I accept that missing a two-day session or more than two one-day sessions will disqualify me from graduation; and if more than 1/3 of a one-day session is missed, it constitutes a full-day absence; and that this is a professional continuing education program and should be taken seriously. I further understand that the program encourages continued Chamber and community involvement following graduation.
