
Thank you for your interest in applying for a Leadership Fort Bend Class of 2025-2026 Scholarship! Scholarship Applications MUST be submitted by May 31st in order to be considered. The Tuition Assistance Program is a program established by the Central Fort Bend Chamber and the CFBC Alumni to promote participation in the Leadership Fort Bend Program. The program is intended to provide financial assistance CFBC members who wish to learn about the infrastructures, resources, services and leadership opportunities available to them in Fort Bend County but who may not be able to afford the full tuition of the Leadership Fort Bend Program.
In order to be eligible for tuition assistance, applicants must fall into one of the following categories:
- Small business owner/employee (business with 5 employees or less)
- Non-profit
- Self-employed
- Elected official
- Government (City, County, State, Federal employee)
In addition, potential candidate applications will be weighted based upon the following criteria:
- Central Fort Bend Chamber Member in good standing
- Fort Bend County Business/ Resident
- Length of Tenure in Position (if Self-Employed tenure being self-employed)
- Community Involvement
- Application submitted by the required deadline
